Arthur is the author and editor of many books on law practice management published by the American Bar Association (ABA), ost recently "The Lawyer's Guide to Increasing Revenue" (2019). This book, co-authored with Peter D. Roberts provides guidance on heightening client satisfaction, improving law firm morale and enhancing revenue and profitability.
