Arthur G. Greene is a nationally recognized law firm management consultant and leader in law practice management issues. He offers thirty-five years of experience as a practicing lawyer combined with more than twenty years of experience advising lawyers and law firms on various law practice issues. He has developed a reputation as a highly skilled and uniquely talented expert in the field of law firm management.

Kathy Fortin has more than a dozen years experience providing consulting services to small law firms. This career follows more than thirty years of experience working in a large law firm and then, later, a small law firm. As a former litigation paralegal, she also took part in teaching and training both paralegals and young lawyers, as well as had involvement in interviewing paralegals in the hiring process and teaching paralegal courses offered in a college degree program.
